About the department
Novo Nordisk Office in the Republic of Uzbekistan was
established in 1994. Many effective diabetes, haemophilia and
growth hormone deficiency medicines have been successfully
implemented in clinical practice over the years of Novo
Nordisk’s efficient work in Uzbekistan. Anti-diabetic portfolio
contains both well-known and innovative products. Today the
company’s product portfolio of innovative biopharmaceuticals
provides an opportunity for endocrinologists to individualize
the treatment and for patients - improve the control of their
disease, while maintaining a high quality of life.
The job
In this role, you will on affiliate area level be expected
to deliver high quality scientific information,
analyse RCT, RWE etc, to collaborate with HCPs and KOLs of
National and Regional Level in whole Uzbekistan. Be responsible
on publication planning and execution, provide new scientific
information for Sales team.
Your areas of
responsibility will be:
Product and Therapeutic Expertise: Demonstrates thorough and up-to-date understanding of the disease state, the therapeutic area and health economics. Exhibits detailed understanding of standards of medical care, labelled and future indications, and medical positioning of both Novo Nordisk and competitor products.
Industry and Company Understanding: Implements Medical Affairs objectives in alignment with Novo Nordisk strategies and corporate priorities. Provides scientific "insights" to Medical Affairs and business planning partners as a cross-functional scientific expert.
Heath Care System Knowledge: Understands the overall changing health care arena, market dynamics, and relevant medical practice and industry trends. Demonstrates clear understanding of the regulatory environment, health policies and business ethics.
Scientific and Business Integration: Demonstrates competence in analysis and interpretation of scientific and HEOR (Health Economics Outcomes Research) data, clinical methodologies, drug approval processes and product lifecycle management. Is active in scientific exchanges and supporting payer negotiations and market access activities.
Impactful Communication and Influence: Communicates effectively with different audiences and contexts, creating a positive impact on internal and external stakeholders. Encourages information sharing and cooperation with stakeholders.
Qualifications
To make it a success, we expect you to have Medical Academy degree, MD, PhD is a plus. You have good English skills and feel comfortable working with medical documentation and translations.
