We fill most of our Student Assistant positions through our Talent Pipelines. By signing up you will automatically be considered for all Student Assistant positions at Novo Nordisk that match your educational background and interests.
We evaluate the applications on an ongoing basis. If you meet the basic requirements, you become part of the Talent Pipelines for up to 6 months. After this period, you need to re-apply to the Pipeline, in order to still be considered for our Student Assistant roles.

We are seeking students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields in HR, Marketing, and Communication.
This Talent Pipeline offers Student Assistant positions in areas such as Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Early Talent, Management and Development, Employer Branding, and more.
We are seeking students who are currently working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering, Innovation, or a related field.
This Talent Pipeline offers Student Assistant positions in areas including Data Engineering and Software Engineering, manufacturing and testing of production lines, Automation Disciplines (e.g., Robotics), Mechanical Development and Solutions, Modelling (pilots, testing, etc.), Innovation, process optimisation, and business support.

This Talent Pipeline addresses Student Assistant positions in Research and Development, Medicine, Clinical Science, Quality Control, Stem Cell Biology, and Regulatory Affairs.
Applicants must be currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a minimum of 1 year of studies left. Moreover, you must be able to write and speak English fluently, as Novo Nordisk’s corporate language is English. Therefore, please submit your CV in English.

Students typically work between 15-20 hours per week. Working hours are generally flexible to enable you to continue your studies.
