About the Global Legal & Compliance Graduate Programme

Fast-track to success! This full-time position offers you the chance to experience three exciting jobs in just two years. You will work in various legal and compliance functions across Novo Nordisk, with the opportunity of a fast-learning track in different areas and geographic locations, focusing on personal and professional development (mentorship) & long-term career, to obtain a holistic view on the company.

As you’ll be working towards an ambitious career, we will provide you with:

  • Accelerated personal and professional development through one-on-one sparring with a senior mentor assigned to you from day one and an extensive, custom-built training programme
  • International experience by working abroad for eight months in one of our affiliates (e.g. USA, Denmark, Dubai, Sao Paolo or one of many other options)
  • Broad and international network of colleagues, chance to work with senior stakeholders and exposure to senior management

2.       Digital process and capabilities: driving digitalization, simplification and automation of processes, using technology to improve efficiency

3.       Risk Management: gaining risk assessment and methodology experience

For positions starting in September 2025, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A recent Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as law, business administration, political science or public health studies, with excellent academic records
  • International experience from working, studying, or volunteering
  • Relevant work experience from internships, student jobs, or similar activities obtained next to your studies, e.g., extracurricular activities
  • International mindset and ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive and eagerness to learn
  • Professional fluency in English and global mobility
  • Compliance or legal background and related experience is a plus

When you join the Global Market Access team, you will contribute to ensuring patients have access to our life-changing medicines on terms that are sustainable both for our company and for society. Health economics and value communication, pricing analytics, payer engagement, collaboration and reimbursement submissions are just a few of the tasks we perform in this high growth area.

Market access at Novo Nordisk is fully integrated across the value chain from early pipeline and launch assets, while our regional and country level colleagues drive access activities for in-market brands.

The Global Market Access Graduate Programme has been designed to develop top talents to become future leaders and specialists within this area.

During this two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, both in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and in one of our global affiliates. You will gain experience working as a fully-fledged member of the teams and receive leadership and teamwork training and development.

Throughout the programme you will gain broad experience and invaluable skills within market access and public affairs. You will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in market access at Novo Nordisk.

For the positions starting in September 2025, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A recent master’s degree in a relevant field, for example within econometrics, health economics, outcomes research, public health, value communication or other business and finance related educations – and above average academic achievements
  • International experience
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
  • International mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
  • Professional fluency in English and someone who are globally mobile
