The full-time position as a Global LEC Graduate provides you with the opportunity to experience three exciting jobs in just two years. Typically, LEC Graduates complete one rotation in Denmark and two abroad. You will work on a wide range of legal and compliance specific tasks, spanning contract management, litigation, LEC advice, anti-bribery and anti corruption, privacy, AI and technology regulation, and human rights.

An example of a Global Legal, Ethics and Compliance Graduate’s journey could look like this:

• Business Ethics Compliance Office, HQ (Bagsværd, Denmark): Strategic projects and priorities related to the intersection of Ethics and Compliance with AI, digital healthcare and consumerisation.
• NNI Ethics and Compliance, US Operations (Princeton, New Jersey, US): Understand the ethics, compliance and legal landscape of our biggest market, gaining direct insight into what commercial business partnering looks like in practice.
• Region Emerging Markets, International Operations (Zürich, Switzerland): A regional rotation in the unit’s LEC team, providing exposure to the region’s diverse markets and all areas of the legal and compliance remit, for example privacy and AI compliance implementation, third party risk management, contract management, and legal and compliance advice to business stakeholders.

For positions starting on 1 September 2027, we are looking for candidates with:

• A master’s degree awarded in 2026 or 2027 in a relevant subject, for example a Master of Laws (LLM), ideally combined with a double degree in business, technology or another digital field, and with excellent academic results
• Relevant work experience gained through internships, student jobs or temporary positions, ideally at toptier law firms and with a focus on healthcare innovation, emerging pharmaceutical business models, technology law and regulation, and/or FMCG advice
• Similar experience in health technology, privacy and data, AI governance, or technology companies will also be viewed favourably
• International experience from at least one previous stay abroad, ideally several, and preferably in cultural and geographical contexts different from the candidate’s home environment. Experience of working across digital and global teams through international virtual collaboration is also desirable
• A growth mindset, curiosity, ownership, digital confidence, systems thinking and the leadership qualities needed to influence across business, legal and technology functions. We are looking for independent people who are proactive, fast learners and comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, while also demonstrating a team-player attitude, a collaborative approach and the ability to build trust and long lasting relationships
• Global mobility during and beyond the Graduate Programme, which is a prerequisite
• Professional fluency in English. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in additional languages, such as Chinese, Spanish or German, will also be viewed favourably
