Shape the future of work while building a career that makes a meaningful impact. As a P&O Graduate, you’ll explore how talent, culture, employee experience, and HR operations help people and the business thrive. Build the perspective, relationships, and leadership foundation needed to help shape the future of P&O.

The US P&O Graduate Track is a two year rotational program designed to develop future people leaders who can help shape how Novo attracts, develops, engages, and retains talent. Through three rotations, including at least one international experience, graduates gain exposure to areas such as Talent Management, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, DEI&B, and other people focused disciplines. Each rotation is designed to build organizational perspective, strengthen partnership with the business, and show how P&O enables an engaging employee experience and a high performing organization.

Example of a US P&O Graduate's Journey

US P&O Graduate will begin in US operations, most likely supporting work, like in Talent Management, to strengthen onboarding, development, succession, and talent programming. From the start, they would help create experiences that enable employees to thrive and build the capabilities our business needs for the future. Their international rotation could focus on Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, or global people priorities, offering insight into how P&O partners across markets and adapts to different organizational needs. In a final rotation, they may join Employee Experience or HR Operations, leading projects that improve how employees connect, perform, and navigate key moments in their careers. Along the way, graduates build a strong P&O network, gain exposure to senior leaders, and see how a career in people leadership can directly support our purpose of improving the lives of patients.
