Launch your career at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and healthcare. As a US Business Graduate, you’ll contribute to commercial priorities across areas such as marketing, strategy, finance, operations, and sales execution. Develop the business acumen, cross functional mindset, and global perspective needed to help drive growth and reach more patients.

The Business Graduate Track is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of future business leaders who can help drive growth, strengthen performance, and expand Novo’s impact for patients. Through three rotations, including at least one international experience, graduates gain exposure to commercial and enterprise priorities across areas such as Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, Sales Execution, and Strategy & Executive Office. Each rotation builds strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and the ability to connect market insights, business decisions, and healthcare impact.

Example of a Business Graduate's Journey

A US P&O Graduate may begin in a brand or marketing team, contributing to strategies that support growth and respond to evolving patient, customer, and market needs. This could include supporting launch planning, analyzing customer insights, or helping translate strategy into actions that reach and support the people we serve. Their international rotation could provide exposure to global business planning, affiliate operations, or cross market initiatives that broaden their understanding of how Novo competes and creates value across healthcare systems. In a final rotation, they may work in Market Access, Commercial Operations, Finance, or Strategy, leading initiatives that connect business performance with our ambition to reach more patients. Throughout the journey, graduates gain ownership, build a global network, and develop the commercial mindset, analytical skills, and leadership confidence needed to help shape the future of healthcare.

  • Gain exposure to commercial and enterprise functions that shape how Novo grows and serves patients.
  • Build a global network through international rotations and collaboration across markets, teams, and business priorities.
  • Strengthen strategic thinking, analytical capability, and decision-making through real business challenges.
  • Receive mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities that support your growth as a future business leader.
  • Explore career paths across commercial, strategy, finance, operations, and market-focused roles.
  • Contribute to work that advances our business priorities and supports people living with serious chronic diseases and propel the mission of Lasting Health Starts Now.
