Finance Graduate Programme

Bring business and technology together to solve real challenges across Novo. In the Global Digital Business track, you will work across the Enterprise IT value chain, build an enterprise mindset and explore how IT, data and AI can support the path to lasting health.

We welcome applicants from all over the world to apply for the Global Digital Business track.

In Enterprise IT in Novo, we connect business needs with technology to create greater value across the value chain. From processes and platforms to data, digital products and AI, you will see how technology can be a competitive advantage for the benefit of the people we serve. You'll dive in from day one, being encouraged to ask questions, challenge assumptions, experiment and turn ideas into impact while learning from experienced colleagues.

As a Global Digital Business graduate, you will complete three rotations across the Enterprise IT value chain, giving you a broad understanding of our organisation.

You will begin your journey in Denmark, where you will get to know our business and sharpen your digital mindset. Your second rotation will take place outside Denmark and allow you to experience how we work across countries. You will then return to Denmark for your third and final rotation, building on the experience and insights gained throughout the programme.

The Global Digital Business Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your development by giving you breadth, responsibility and exposure early in your career.

Working across different parts of the EIT value chain - including an international rotation - will help you develop an enterprise mindset and learn to connect business needs, technology and perspectives across the organisation.

You will take on real business challenges and gradually increase your level of responsibility, developing a broad skill set through hands-on experience in areas such as project management, business support, data analysis and stakeholder management.

Along the way, experienced colleagues and mentors will support your professional development, while exposure to leaders and teams across the organisation will help you build a strong network within EIT and Novo.

By the end of the programme, our ambition is that you leave with more than three rotation experiences: a strong understanding of the business, a broad internal network, the confidence to navigate a complex global organisation, and the ability to turn ambiguity into innovation and greater value.

If this sounds like the kind of impact you want to make, we are looking for candidates who bring the following background and mindset for positions starting 1 September 2027:

  • Educational background: A recent Master’s degree from 2026 or 2027 in a relevant field, for example within strategy, management, international business, IT, digitalisation, or innovation
  • Experience: Relevant work experience from internships, student jobs, or extra-curricular activities obtained alongside your studies
  • Work experience limit: No more than one year of full-time work experience between or after completing a Master’s degree
  • International exposure: International experience from studies abroad or internships
  • AI mindset: Curiosity about how AI can transform pharma production and eagerness to turn that curiosity into practical use cases and production impact
  • International mindset: Willingness to work across countries, cultures, and perspectives
  • Stakeholder and patient focus: Curiosity about people and motivation to turn insights into solutions that improve production, ways of working, and ultimately the value we create for patients
  • Comfort working in ambiguity: Courage to experiment, make bold decisions, and learn from outcomes
  • Enterprise and collaborative mindset: Ability to connect the dots across Novo, work well across functions, communicate clearly, take initiative, and stay eager to learn
  • Language: Professional fluency in English

You will have to make an individual application for each programme track and we encourage you to only apply for the tracks that you would be truly excited to join.
