We are looking for Process Engineers & Scientists in many locations: Kalundborg, Bagsværd, Gentofte, Hillerød, Søborg, Måløv, Kirke Værløse and Køge. Our Pipeline job advertisements will be posted for the Greater Copenhagen Area (including Hillerød and Køge) and for Kalundborg; as we all as having a distinction between a Pipeline for junior Engineers, experienced Engineers and an additional pipeline for Maskinmester/Marine Engineers.

Process Engineers & Scientists are part of the entire manufacturing process, and depending on your specialisation area, you can be part of the early stages of aseptic production, fermentation and sterilisation, or the packaging and shipping of our finished products to our patients.

To be a successful Process Engineer or Process Scientist, you should have a relevant education at B.Sc., M.Sc., or PhD level, probably within Engineering, Pharmacy, or Natural Sciences.

Beyond this, you should be an action-oriented person with the curiosity to learn and, ultimately, improve upon our processes. Working in a highly regulated environment, you need to be a born problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with different stakeholders, ranging from our Operators and Quality Assurance Professionals to Senior Management. Besides being technically oriented, you also need to enjoy collaborating and communicating with colleagues from different backgrounds.

As a Process Engineer you have three possible development tracks:

  • Specialist
  • Leadership
  • Project Management

In dialogue with your manager, you will make a dynamic development plan that aligns with your professional goals and your team’s needs.

No, we hire the best candidates for the role regardless of their background.

Our pipelines are open for 3 months at a time; this is to stay GDPR compliant, but also to make sure our candidates are still interested and available. Every 3 months we close our pipeline, and you will be invited to apply for the new pipeline, and we will keep your profile for up to 6 months.

We screen every single applicant, but only those with relevant academic backgrounds and experience are considered for a position, and we will invite you for an interview only once we have a hiring manager who has confirmed interest in your profile. If your profile is not a good match for the Process Engineering & Scientists or Maskinmester Pipelines, you will receive a rejection.
