We are looking for Scrum Masters to be servant leaders, promote learning culture and mindsets, manage team progress, help solve impediments and to maintain a constant flow of deliveries.
We’re typically looking for candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science or a similar field of study. On top of that, we look for candidates with hands-on experience in facilitating agile teams, preferable from a Scrum Master role. You should be well-versed with Scrum and DevOps practices and able to adapt your approach to the specific context and people. Agile experience from large companies is a plus, but the total amount of education and experience required varies depending on the job level.
To succeed in this role, you need to understand the servant leader mindset. You need to be able to empower people to change without having a formal leader authority. You should understand how to help the team to build a productive environment by removing impediments and facilitating internal communication and collaboration. As English is the corporate language in Novo Nordisk, fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
