This role invites you onboard in Digital, Data & IT in Novo Nordisk (DD&IT); the business partner that supports digital transformation and innovation in all parts of Novo. It's a global community with +2100 colleagues worldwide, driving tasks with a twist of digital, data and IT together with the business.  ​

In DD&IT, the agile transformation started in 2019 and built on the agile mindset to give customers what they need early as possible, get feedback and keep learning and improving. Novo Nordisk has a standard delivery model for agile IT initiatives that is aligned with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) standards, but put into a Novo Nordisk context. So the agile way of working is not new on the agenda in DD&IT, but we want to keep accelerating to mature the organisation along with the digital transformation of the company.​


We are looking for Scrum Masters to be servant leaders, promote learning culture and mindsets, manage team progress, help solve impediments and to maintain a constant flow of deliveries. ​

We’re typically looking for candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science or a similar field of study. On top of that, we look for candidates with hands-on experience in facilitating agile teams, preferable from a Scrum Master role. You should be well-versed with Scrum and DevOps practices and able to adapt your approach to the specific context and people. Agile experience from large companies is a plus, but the total amount of education and experience required varies depending on the job level. ​

To succeed in this role, you need to understand the servant leader mindset. You need to be able to empower people to change without having a formal leader authority. You should understand how to help the team to build a productive environment by removing impediments and facilitating internal communication and collaboration. As English is the corporate language in Novo Nordisk, fluency in written and spoken English is a must.​
