3-year regional strategy
We developed a holistic 3-year
strategy for one of Novo Nordisk’s sales regions with purpose to
align, communicate and cascade the vision and initiatives to a 4,000+
strong organisation across 100+ countries.

different countries in Dubai for a workshop to provide input to the
strategy… great energy and enthusiasm around shaping the future of the organisation!”
Digital opportunities in Finance
We conducted an
analysis of digital opportunities across the finance function with the
aim of supporting the development of a strategy to adopt cutting edge
technology in the finance organisation.
Memorable moment: “Presenting our work to senior management,
including a digital knowledge database (100+ entries) and case
catalogue (50+ ideas)... and experience the enthusiasm of our
colleagues, when exploring the many digital opportunities!”
We had a team to support the
launch of Novo Nordisk’s once-weekly GLP-1 diabetes product. The
project was to support a successful launch of one of our most exciting
