Novo Nordisk employees and external stakeholders have the possibility of reporting suspected misconduct securely and confidentially. The Compliance Hotline is owned and monitored by the Audit Committee which is part of the Novo Nordisk Board of Directors.

Please notice that a moderate waiting time can be expected when reporting a case by phone, before an agent is available to take your call.
When you report a case via phone or online, you will get an Access Number and will be asked to create a password.
We encourage you to follow-up on your report to check the status of your concern, provide additional information or to check whether we have additional questions to better investigate your report.
Only matters that involve legal risks and/or other serious risks to Novo Nordisk may be reported. This means that concerns about, but not limited to, pay or promotion, disagreements with colleagues or minor violations, practical complaints (equipment malfunctions, office environment, holiday issues) or other issues covered by collective bargaining agreements with unions, or other complaints about e.g. smoking or dress codes may not be reported on the Compliance Hotline.
Novo Nordisk will not tolerate discrimination or retaliation against persons who in good faith make a report or participate in an investigation. If you believe that you have been retaliated against for reporting or participating in an investigation, you should immediately report such potential retaliation to the Compliance Hotline. All such reports will be investigated confidentially.
