In Digital, Data & IT in Novo Nordisk we focus on how technology can revolutionise the pharma industry. We are a trusted partner of our business and an integral part of our strategic direction. You'll dive in from day one, trying fast and failing fast, bringing your fresh mindset and innovative ideas to a team of passionate and excited colleagues. We focus on how technology can revolutionise drug development, how deep learning can drive accessibility, and how virtual healthcare improves the quality of care.

As a Global Digital Business graduate, you will start your journey with a rotation in Denmark, allowing you to get to know our business and develop your digital mindset even further. The second rotation will be outside of Denmark, allowing you to take a deep dive into one of our business areas before returning to Denmark again for your third and final rotation.

This graduate programme is your chance to experiment where your skills, passion and motivation drive you. Whatever it is, we'll guide you in finding just the right match in Digital, Data & IT. You will work with talented colleagues and mentors who will be involved in your personal and professional development.

During your rotations, you will join different parts of DD&IT and see how these support our business and, in the end, help millions of patients worldwide. We are the playground where your innovative ideas will thrive and where opportunities for development are just around the corner. Agile teams, R&D labs, IT infrastructure - we've got it all! Furthermore, you will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people at Novo Nordisk.

You'll be joining a Nordic working culture with little hierarchy, in an international and informal environment. We welcome and include everyone, and we're looking forward to learning from you just as much as you'll learn from us. In this graduate programme, you'll be doing IT with a purpose.
