Working the Novo Nordisk Way 

The Novo Nordisk Way describes the values-based management principle which forms the basis of everything we do. It describes who we are, how we work and what we want to achieve. It helps us to set a clear direction for our company and employees.

We conduct an annual employee survey (OurVoice) in the second quarter of the year which measures the extent to which the organisation is working in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way. The level of engagement and commitment to the company’s values remains high. In the annual employee survey, conducted in the second quarter of 2018, 91% of employees responded positively to a set of questions to measure the level of sustainable engagement.
