About Clinical Operations
Clinical Operations activities are anchored in the R&D organisation and play a vital part in our ambitious drug development program. We plan and execute clinical trials to produce the high-quality data documentation required to turn our pipeline of exciting new medicines into marketable products.
As a Trial Project Manager, you may be leading trials ranging from small and complex haemophilia projects to large cardiovascular outcome projects. Taking on this central role in one of our 4 key project areas (Obesity & Metabolism, GLP-1, CV & Outcomes, Insulin & Devices, and Biopharm) is a unique opportunity to make an impact on a large and resourceful global development organisation.
As a Trial Project Manager, you will lead and oversee up to 3 clinical trials concurrently. You will assume end-to-end accountability for the trials (planning, execution and completion) and ensure they are conducted to a high-quality standard and according to budgets .
You will continuously drive trials forward while ensuring that all cross functional stakeholders communicate, coordinate and cooperate according to plan. You maintain open, clear communication on goals and progress in the Trial Squad (Study Group). You plan effectively and have the innate ability to be an effective team lead while respectfully motivating others, delegating tasks and driving people forward.
