Your new role 
We are looking for a Medical Project Manager within Diabetes and other therapeutic areas to join the Medical Affairs team in Sweden. As Medical Project Manager it is your responsibility to drive medical strategy cross functionally and be a scientific expert on Diabetes and the portfolio. With this expertise, the Medical Project Manager initiate, drive and manages scientific projects with internal and external stakeholders and research collaborators.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Medical strategy in initiating and implementing national medical tactics to ensure achievement of targets in the Diabetes portfolio.
  • Drive cross-functional activities together with marketing and sales and market access to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Collaborates with relevant external stakeholders in developing scientific approaches and solutions to support scientific business strategies.
  • Initiate, drive and manage global, national and regional scientific real-world data (RWD) and other relevant medical projects (including digital health) within Diabetes and other therapeutic areas.
  • Drive and manage ISS proposals.
  • Responsible and develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management.
  • Execution of national advisory boards.
  • Collaboration with the clinical team and input to trial protocols and reports, investigator recruitment and initiation.
  • Medical/scientific expertise in reimbursement applications to Medical agencies.
  • Medical/scientific expertise to the processes guided by Marketing (launch teams, promotion material, strategy development)
  • Development of educational activities and material.

 

 


What you'll need to succeed 

Experience / Skills:

  • Educational background: Medical Doctor with clinical experience or similar higher education within Biomedicine or equivalent.
  • PhD graduate within medicine area.
  • Experience from driving research projects and other relevant projects.
  • Communicative and capable of having a deep scientific dialogue with KOL´s and other stakeholders
  • Be able to work cross-functional and understand the commercial business
  • Enjoying educating and presenting for bigger audiences
  • Previous experience from work within Diabetes are highly appreciated
  • Interest in developing digital solutions and way of work
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
