How to report falsified products

If you suspect a Novo Nordisk product has been falsified (counterfeit products), you can contact us by phone or email.

In order to properly investigate the suspected counterfeit product it is important to send a product sample to Novo Nordisk in your country. We will advise on how to do this and arrange for you to have a free replacement product.

Beware of counterfeit medicine
