Novo Nordisk will send your payslip to your personal e-Boks every month. We recommend that you upload your contract and its attachments to e-Boks. You can find information about how to sign up to e-Boks  here.

It is important to us that you get a good start in Novo Nordisk. Our onboarding programme will give you an introduction to your new workplace.

The programme consist of 4 steps, and we encourage you to do Part 1 now by visiting iNNtro pre start at -

a website designed to give you an introduction to our company. You can access it now or wait until your first day at Novo Nordisk.

Part 2 - Online introduction to Novo Nordisk

During the first 3 months of employment, you must complete iNNtro post start - a 1 hour online introduction that will provide you with important key messages about Novo Nordisk.

Part 3 - New to Novo Nordisk Way

This half day course focus on Novo Nordisk Way and our patients.

You will meet diabetes and haemophilia patients and get the opportunity to ask questions to a representative from senior management.

Part 4 - Local onboarding

Your manager will ensure that you will get specific and relevant information about your job and your functional area.
