What’s it about?

This specific graduate programme is based on one of Novo Nordisk two regions as described below.
 

Region AAMEO

Novo Nordisk’s Region AAMEO encompasses markets in Africa, Asia, Middle East and Oceania. Employees working within business in Novo Nordisk have a wide range of roles and responsibilities – but all share the same commitment to excellence and to drive the continued success of Novo Nordisk. This graduate programme spans many business functions including business development, regulatory affairs and product supply.

During the 2-year programme you will undertake rotations in your home country (Algeria, Australia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Russia), our corporate headquarters in Denmark, and in one of our other business regions or global affiliates. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn competencies relevant to the rotation.
 

Region LATAM

Novo Nordisk’s Region LATAM encompasses markets in Latin America. Employees working within business in Novo Nordisk have a wide range of roles and responsibilities – but all share the same commitment to excellence and to drive the continued success of Novo Nordisk. This graduate programme spans many business functions including business development, regulatory affairs and product supply.

During the 2-year programme you will undertake rotations in your home country (Brazil, Colombia or Mexico), our corporate headquarters in Denmark, and in one of our other business regions or global affiliates. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn competencies relevant to the rotation.

Am I qualified?

For a position as an International Operations Business Graduate starting in September 2020, the application period is open until 8 January 2020.

Please note: This specific programme track are targeted at candidates with citizenships from the following countries: Algeria, Australia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A relevant master’s degree from 2019 or 2020, and above average academic achievements

• International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering

• Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies

• An international outlook and the ability to adapt quickly to change

• A team-player mindset, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn

• Professional fluency in English, and be globally mobile
