What’s it about?

In Novo Nordisk, Global Procurement is responsible for sourcing and purchasing billions worth of services and materials across the business. Our responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing and anchoring supplier strategies, negotiating contracts, identifying sourcing needs, driving the sourcing and procurement process, and managing stakeholder and supplier relationships. In addition, Global Procurement supports the organisation by prioritising key business activities with the aim of achieving the highest possible total supply chain value, while taking quality, risks, savings, environmental and social aspects into consideration.

During the 2-year programme you will undertake 4 rotations: You will work in different departments in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and for 1-2 rotations you will rotate internationally into our affiliates or production sites located around the globe. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn skills relevant to the rotation. You will both work independently to drive your own responsibilities and in collaboration with team members on shared projects.

What’s in it for me?

Working at Novo Nordisk you have the opportunity to make a significant difference to patients and society while also delivering exciting results from a business perspective.

We are a successful global pharmaceutical company and the world leader in diabetes care. Your skills, dedication and ambitions will help us continue to change lives for the better as we grow our business and help millions of people around the world.
