The Global Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders and will give you the opportunity to make a difference to the millions of people who rely on our products.


What´s it about?

In Novo Nordisk, Finance focuses on driving competitive value creation with a strong performance culture and focus on feedback.

During the 2-year programme, you will complete four 6-month-rotations across Novo Nordisk finance functions. As part of three rotations at the global headquarters in Denmark and one rotation abroad you will be involved in a variety of tasks. Am I qualified?

The application deadline for a position as a Global Finance Graduate starting in 2019 has passed. Stay tuned for updates on the recruitment process for graduate positions in 2020, where you must have:

  • A master’s degree from 2019 or 2020 in a relevant subject, for example finance, economics, business administration, accounting or management accounting
  •  International experience from working, studying or voluntary work
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities
  • Excellent academic achievements
  • Professional fluency in English
