This graduate programme spans many business areas including business development, business assurance, production, regulatory affairs, strategic R&D, sales and marketing, quality, HR and corporate communications.
During the 2-year programme you will undertake rotations in our
corporate headquarters in Denmark and in one of our global affiliates.
You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team, and in addition
to intensive cross organisational business training, the programme
also offers you leadership and teamwork skills development.
