The US RDP is a unique 2-year experience for motivated graduates. All participants will complete three rotations during the program and many tracks of the RDP offer international rotations. During the program you will develop comprehensive knowledge and solid understanding of our core business by connecting with decisions-makers on the forefront of health innovation at our Plainsboro, New Jersey headquarters. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team across all our work areas and functions and learn competencies relevant to the rotation and track.
