Based on your performance and the business’ needs the Associate Managers Fast track Programme is a permanent position where minimum the first five months consist of a trainee programme. We will focus on development opportunities for the individual candidates, who have an aspiration to become an Associate Manager over time, in Novo Nordisk.

The programme consist of a structured learning program  – which effectively onboards you to Novo Nordisk and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in Kalundborg.

You will get a deep understanding of our company, business, values and our production methods. You will be included in projects to improve and increase our production capacity, reach our sustainability goals and escalate our industry 4.0 transformation.

The Fast Track Programme is made to set you up for success when you enter an associate manager position. If you don't have experience from the pharma industry we will ensure that your learning curve is steep and you gain the needed knowledge about requirements, processes and systems and Novo Nordisk leadership, so the transition into an associate manager will be smooth and you can create value together with your team from day 1. 

The objective of having a Fast Track Programme is to strengthen the pipeline of potential future associate managers and ensure the diversity within the pool of leaders in Novo Nordisk Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in Kalundborg.

Yes, the programme is a regular full-time position, and your salary will be an attractive salary according to a trainee position. When transitioning into the associate manager position the salary will be adapted to the position's job level

You will join as a trainee in one of our departments and at the same time you will be trusted with a lot of responsibilities which contributes to your learning.

Yes, you will have a mentor who will guide you during the full 5 months of the programme. Your mentor will be an experienced manager.
Furthermore, you will be a part of a leadership team, so that you are well prepared to take on the role as associate manager.

The programme will not only increase your leadership skills but also give you the pharma, production and GMP (Good manufacturing practice ) knowledge to ensure your future performance and growth in Novo Nordisk.

It requires that you are able to grasp complex processes, systems and problems and have the skills to motivate, develop and set a clear direction for your future team
