Our support of advocacy activities is essential to realising our goal of addressing unmet needs in haemophilia care. We work with haemophilia communities around the world on impacting social, economic and political environments in order to raise awareness and ultimately improve haemophilia care.
Partnerships with patient organisations
We are working in close collaboration with global patient organisations such as the World Federation of Haemophilia (WFH) and European Haemophilia Consortium (EHC), supporting their projects through sponsorships and donations as well as aligning with their strategic goals to achieve better haemophilia care together. We also work actively to identify advocacy projects together with Novo Nordisk affiliates on local and regional levels.
We support networking activities and roundtables involving local patient organisations, payers, health authorities and policy makers to facilitate access to care in haemophilia.

World Haemophilia Day
Each year on the 17th of April the haemophilia community celebrates World Haemophilia Day. Novo Nordisk joins those efforts globally and locally.
