Use of personality tests in Novo Nordisk
These guidelines are meant as information to the applicant about how Novo Nordisk uses personality tests.
In Novo Nordisk, a personality test is used when recruiting for academic and managerial positions. Only the top candidates for a position will be tested.
The personality test is used as a supplement to the existing information about the applicant, which, as a whole, ensures a better basis for the selection of a candidate. The test is a supplement to the mandatory interview.
The applicant is entitled to:

Know the purpose of the test

Know how long we keep the test result

Know that the consultant is qualified and certified to conduct the test

Know who will know of the test result and how the test result is communicated

Receive thorough and relevant feedback on the test result
We consider the test result to be obsolete after six months as a person can be expected to have developed within this time period.
If you have previously had a personality test done by Novo Nordisk, and this test goes back more than six months, this test cannot be used anymore and a new test must be conducted.
