Yiannis Mallis - Novo Nordisk A/S

The interview

We expect you to prepare for interviews at Novo Nordisk, so that you and the person you meet will get the most out of the experience.

As a rule, you will have two or three job interviews before possibly being offered a position. We see the job interview as an opportunity for a rewarding dialogue.

You will get an impression of Novo Nordisk, the department in question, and the job itself. At the same time, we can assess your qualifications in relation to the specific position and can assess whether you and Novo Nordisk are well-suited for each other.

Interviews normally take place in the third and fourth week after the opening is announced.

In some instances, however, difficulties in scheduling the interviews can cause the recruiting process to exceed four weeks. We will try to inform you when there are delays of any kind.

The appropriate line manager, possibly assisted by members of his or her staff, normally conducts the interviews.

Candidates for academic positions will also be interviewed by a Human Resources consultant. In these cases we will ask you to fill out a personality test, a tool that helps to make the interview more structured and the dialogue between the interviewer and the candidate more constructive. The candidate will receive feedback on the personality test during the interview.
