Novo Nordisk’s Graduate Programme in Business Processes offers future business leaders a fast track to an exciting career in international business. As a Novo Nordisk graduate, you’ll gain an in-depth understand of how a global corporation works – and you’ll be part of an international community of professionals working to defeat diabetes.
The Business Processes Graduate Programme will give you valuable skills in a range of areas, as you work across different departments and different countries to accomplish your goals. With each new rotation, you’ll face new challenges and acquire new knowledge and skills.
And after finishing the programme most of our grads are hired on a permanent basis – in positions ranging from executive assistants to internal consultants and international product managers.

As a Business Processes graduate, you’ll gain experience working in a broad range of areas, such as:
- Analysis and forecasting
- New product planning
- Strategic pricing
- Regulatory issues
- Sales and marketing
- Production and QA
Scope of the programme
The Business Processes Graduate Programme comprises three eight-month rotations. The first of these usually involves mainly analytical work, while the second is more sales-focused and the third centres on production-related issues.
You’ll complete your second rotation at one of our affiliates located outside Denmark – giving you true international experience in a global organisation. Our recent grads have worked in Brazil, Mexico, the USA, Australia, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland and France.
Requirements
To join the Business Processes programme, you’ll need a Master’s degree in economics, international business, marketing or a related field. We’re looking for strong individuals who are results-oriented, ambitious and able to adapt to change. You’ll need to be able to work as part of a team – and enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment.
