Novo Nordisk’s Graduate Programme in Global Development (GD) is a great opportunity for future GD leaders to join a fast-growing, successful, international company. As a Novo Nordisk graduate, you’ll gain broad knowledge of how you as a GD employee are involved in developing new products from early phases to market penetration. You will be part of an international environment and gain an overview and hands-on experience of all the aspects required to get new drugs through the clinical development phases. You will see the aspects from a headquarter as well as an affiliate perspective.

The GD Graduate Programme will give you valuable trial management and project management skills and an understanding of cross-organisational collaboration. You will have real responsibility in an intensive learning environment and you will build up an international network of colleagues.

What you will be doing

As a GD graduate, you will gain experience working with a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • All aspects of trial management
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge of rules & guidelines within Good Clinical Practice
  • Presentations
  • IT systems, including electronic submission of files to the authorities

Scope of the programme

The GD Graduate Programme comprises three rotations during a two-year period between Trial Management in DK, an affiliate and Regulatory Affairs.

Requirements

To join the GD Graduate Programme, you will need to have successfully completed a Master's degree in a relevant field within natural science, such as pharmacy, chemical engineering, biology, biotechnology or equivalent. We are looking for people with an international profile who are performance-oriented, outgoing and willing to learn from others. You should be able to work as part of a team but also to work independently and proactively taking ownership of your areas of responsibility.
