Our culture is built on collaboration between people, departments, functions and the surrounding society – as we believe this is the best way to generate sustainable results. Winning culture also involves allowing you to influence your own work situation.
Every year, the annual employee satisfaction survey has shown high levels of satisfaction with the degree of job influence. In the latest of these surveys, more than four out of five of our employees stated that they had a “high” or “very high” degree of freedom to work on their assignments as they chose without interference from their immediate superior.
