A balance that ensures you have a full life packed with enjoyment and fulfilment both at work and at home. You should always have sufficient time for family, friends and the work we give you.
Novo Nordisk considers it important to make sure that our employees stay fit and healthy. That is why we have initiated a project we call NovoHealth. NovoHealth looks at how you as an employee can adopt or maintain a healthy lifestyle while working for Novo Nordisk.
At our Bagsværd and Kalundborg locations we have leisure centres with facilities for badminton, aerobics, and much more. The centres are staffed with instructors who can help you set up a programme that is perfect for you. Novo Nordisk is subsidizing the leisure centres and therefore the cost of using the centres can be kept very low.
As more and more people are finding that the boundaries between work and leisure are increasingly dissolving, we have introduced flexitime arrangements in many places, including the opportunity to work from home via an ADSL connection – which we pay for. Flexitime gives you greater influence on when you would like to work during the day – this can be an advantage, especially if you have children.
