How does RSS work?
To use RSS on your computer you will need to install a ‘news reader’ program, which allows you to collect and display RSS feeds. There are many different types of news reader available; some can be downloaded free of charge.
How do I use Novo Nordisk RSS feeds?
Once you have installed your news reader, click on the link of the RSS feed you wish to receive from novonordisk.com (see below). A new browser window will pop up with information in XML code (computer language) – this is normal, and you are not meant to read this content in a web browser. Copy the link in the address bar of the browser window by highlighting the text and pressing Ctrl-C. Paste this link into your news reader (you will need to follow the instructions for your particular news reader to finish this installation). Once this initial process has been completed, you will begin to receive Novo Nordisk’s press releases directly in your news reader.
How do I get a news reader?
There is a range of different news readers available and new versions are appearing all the time.
Different news readers work on different operating systems, so you will need to choose one that will work with your computer.
