Storage and handling
NovoPen® Junior is a precision tool and should be handled with care. Avoid situations where your NovoPen® Junior can be damaged and keep it in the case whenever possible. You can also keep a spare Penfill® in its pack, and three spare NovoFine® needles in the case.
Please read the leaflet in the Penfill® pack for details on how to store the cartridges and how long to keep them.
Your NovoPen® Junior is tough but could still get damaged, so handle it with care and protect it against dust and dirt when it is not in its case.
You can clean your NovoPen® Junior by wiping it with cotton wool moistened with ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Do not soak NovoPen® Junior with alcohol, wash or lubricate it, as this could damage the mechanism. Clean off dirt and dust with a soft brush.
