How to apply from late 2017
The typical application procedure is as follows: 

Step 1: Find out which programme(s) is/are relevant for you:

(if in doubt check out the guide and visit the blog for personal experience).

Step 2: When you have found the ideel programme(s), you apply when application opens by clicking on the link to the upper right on the given programme presentation page.

Meet the Programme Management below and hear about the application process. The process includes that you must record a 1 minute personal presentation video enabling Novo Nordisk to get a good feeling about who you are and how you will match our organisation. In the video you must tell us why you are the perfect candidate for the given programme you apply for.

When applying make sure to have your cover letter, CV and a transcript of your latest grades ready.

About video application

Introduction to the Graduate Recruitment Centre

When we have identified the final candidates we invite them to a 3 day event called the Graduate Recruitment Centre. This is taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark. The cost of flights and accommodation will be met by Novo Nordisk.

Candidates will take part in interviews, team and individual exercises and will be given feedback on personality and IQ tests conducted prior to the Graduate Recruitment Centre. 

All applicants offered a graduate position following the recruitment event will be informed by telephone and will then receive a contract soon after. Applicants must formally accept their offer within 2 weeks of receiving the contract. Applicants living outside Denmark at the time of recruitment will be offered relocation assistance.

Successful applicants will start the first rotation of their 2-year learning journey in September. During the first 4–5 months of employment all graduates will take part in an extensive training programme which includes business understanding, project management, presentation technique and site visits.

Recruitment Process
 

February
Application deadline is 5 February 2017 for International Operations (AAMEO & LATAM) graduate programmes and 12 February for all other programmes.


End-February
Video/phone interview. Final candidates will be selected and invited for the graduate assessment centre in Copenhagen, Denmark.

March
Graduate assessment centre. Final 30 candidates are selected.

September
Graduate programme start 1 September 2017.
