Kick-start your global career
The Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme is a 2 year global career journey, which will take you through a minimum of three job rotations, with at least one based in our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and one in a selected global affiliate. During this time you will explore the company and learn the Novo Nordisk way. You will gather international experience, be exposed to various projects and start building a strong network of professional and dedicated colleagues.
Upon completion of the programme, our graduates are hired in positions ranging from executive assistants to internal consultants, specialists and international project managers.

A learning journey
Our graduate programmes provide a flexible career path with the opportunity to develop your own individual career. Opportunities for development include:
Introduction: Learn about Novo Nordisk, our business segments, product portfolio, management framework and governance structure.
Training: Take part in intensive training for both professional and personal development.
Rotations: Complete a minimum of three job rotations, with at least one based in our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and one in a selected global affiliate.
Mentoring: Get support from a programme manager who takes care of your overall development throughout your journey and a daily manager who is responsible for your development during each rotation.
Management exposure: Get exposure to a variety of international management throughout your rotations.
Networking: Gain knowledge and advice from colleagues throughout the organisation, including past and present graduates.
