The Product Supply Graduate Programme is anchored within the Product Supply business area. Product Supply employs more than 8,000 people across production sites in Denmark, United States, France, Brazil, China and Japan and is, among other things, responsible for production of all of Novo Nordisk products.

Novo Nordisk’s Graduate Programme in Product Supply Management puts you on the fast track to in-depth knowledge of our value chain from sourcing to the distribution of finished goods. As a Product Supply graduate, you’ll work on important projects and tasks in several areas of the product supply at a successful global corporation. As a Product Supply Graduate you will benefit from both an individual development plan and from participating in training and development activities for your team of international Graduate colleagues, including a training programme in LEAN methodologies and tools.

It’s no wonder that almost all of our graduates take up positions as project managers, team leaders and LEAN consultants after finishing the programme.

As a Product Supply Graduate you will be working on specific projects across several functional areas within Product Supply.

Scope of the programme

The Product Supply Graduate Programme is a two year programme that comprises three rotations of eight months each in different areas of our product supply.

Requirements

Do you have a top of class MSc in engineering (mechanical, chemical, etc.), natural sciences, product supply management, business administration or equivalent?
