Tasks are strategic and analytical in nature and could include challenging tasks such as product strategy development, positioning/branding, market research, forecasting, conferences, and development of promotional material and communication.
Affiliate marketing rotation
The objective is to understand what the life of a Local Product Manager is like. This will enable the Graduates to better support affiliates as they accelerate their career in Global Marketing. Tasks are analytical and operational in nature and can include product launch planning/execution, annual business planning, conference organisation, and development of educational materials for physicians and patients.
Sales rotation
The objective is for the Graduates to experience the final link in the pharma value-chain. This rotation allows Graduates to understand the foundation of the pharma business drivers, our customers´ needs and the selling skills to connect with our customers. Graduates will be given responsibility for their own customers and sales budgets to reach. Opportunities in sales can also include involvement in sales operation tasks such as targeting or performance analysis.
